Return Policy


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Return shipping items

1.Corsicos will ship the itmes within 3-7 business days according to order's sequence

2. Corsicos General Item Return Policy - In most cases, items shipped from Corsicos can be returned within 15 days after receiving the product, if the delivery date is not traceable.The return has extended to 30 days during COVID-19.

3. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

4. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

(Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. Our team will bear the freight charges for the return of the goods)

2. Items of good quality

If you receive it and find yourself taking the wrong size, color, dislike or other reasons, please contact customer service, we can accept the return of the goods in good condition. (At this point, the buyer is required to bear the freight.)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
